All reservations made via our website are for our white glove service. This service includes:

• Storage of 2 bags (1 large and 1 small)

• Curbside service at pick-up (if requested)

If you prefer to use our tech-enabled storage towers, they are available on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee availability.

Reservations are good for the day you book no matter what time you drop off. If you have more items than the allotted amount, they can be accommodated for an additional fee at drop off.

Reservation windows are flexible and times are only to give us an idea of how many bags to expect in a day.
