Welcome to STB Technologies! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile app and services related to the bag storage lockers provided by STB Technologies. By accessing or using the app and its services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms - By registering for, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility - You must be 18 years of age or older to use this app. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Account Registration - To use certain services, you must register an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. By creating an account, you are opting-in to receive email notifications.

4. Locker Use and Availability - Lockers can be reserved for a specific period through the app. Locker availability is subject to change, and we cannot guarantee availability at all times. Maximum storage duration is limited to 24 hours per booking. Extended use may incur additional fees.

5. Prohibited Items - Users are strictly prohibited from storing the following in lockers:

- Illegal drugs or substances

- Weapons, explosives, or firearms

- Flammable or hazardous materials

- Perishable or temperature-sensitive items

- Items with a value exceeding $1,000

We reserve the right to inspect any stored items if required by law or in cases of suspicion of prohibited items.

6. Payment and Fees - Fees for locker use must be paid through the app using the accepted payment methods. All fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Late collection of items may result in overtime charges.

7. User Responsibilities You are responsible for securing the locker with the lock mechanism provided by the app. You agree to use the lockers in compliance with all local laws and these Terms. Any damage to the lockers caused by misuse or negligence on your part will result in additional charges for repairs.

8. Loss, Theft, or Damage - We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items stored in the lockers. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items you store are adequately protected and insured.

9. Data Privacy - We value your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the app, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined below:

Location Data: We may collect and use your device’s location information to provide core features of the app. This data helps us enhance user experience by enabling features such as:

• Showing nearby services or locations

• Personalizing app content based on your region

• Improving app performance and troubleshooting issues

How We Use Your Location: Location data is collected only when the app is in use, unless you provide explicit permission for background location access. Your location is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. We use location information strictly to support app functionality and improve service delivery.

Your Control: You can choose to enable or disable location services at any time through your device settings. If you disable location access, some features may not work as intended.

Data Security: Location data is encrypted during transmission. We store only the minimum necessary data and retain it only for as long as required to fulfill the stated purposes.

10. Termination - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if you violate any of these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.

11. Limitation of Liability - To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app or lockers. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the locker use in the 3 days preceding the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution - In the event of any dispute or claim arising from your use of the app, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting us at [Contact Information]. If the dispute is not resolved, it will be subject to arbitration in accordance with local laws.

13. Amendments to Terms - We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms in the app. Your continued use of the app following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law - These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
